Back in college, my campus minister had an exercise that he asked his leaders to do every Thanksgiving. It's a practice of gratitude - list out ONE HUNDRED things/people/place/experiences, whatever it may be that you are thankful for.

I love the yearly practice so much that it made its way into our little children's book that we published this year, called Our Gifts at Christmas. (It's really a book for kids and adults). You can order one here:
As we head into the Christmas season, I hope you'll take a moment to reflect and give thanks for all that you have and all that you have been given in your life. It is a wonderful opportunity to reset and gain a little shift in the ole perspective. Here are my 100 things!
