Kelly Carr, a lovely friend and pastor at Echo Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, did a wonderful sermon on rest. It's called Give it a Rest: an Act of Trust. In it she does a beautiful job of outlining #delight and how to incorporate little bits of rest throughout your week.
