Remember that moment in the summer where you were WISHING AND HOPING for the kids or grandkids to be BACK IN SCHOOL so that you could do something for yourself?

That time has come.

We have added some yoga classes for those of you who want to ease into yoga or need a little strengthening before hitting the mat as well as keeping our strength classes in place. Now you have options!

Yoga for Strength is 45 minutes of balance, strength and classic yoga poses that lead to a Peak Pose. After our cool down enjoy 10 minutes of savasana/meditation.

Chair Yoga takes a slower approach to yoga, stretching and breathing from the chair for 35 minutes, followed by a seated meditation moment.

And Restorative Yoga is 35 minutes of gently held supported poses using your props - pillows, bolsters, blocks and blankets. Think of it as the kindest central nervous system reboot you can imagine.

And don't worry, we will paddle as long as we can into the fall. Intro classes are Saturday morning at 11. Excursions are Monday and Wednesday nights 5 - 7 pm. Book ahead!
